 Michael A. Salamone
Michael is the former Vice President of Grandview Block and Grandview Concrete Corp. After retiring he established Concrete Designs by Salamone, LLC recognizing the potential and demand within the stone veneer and precast industry. Mike oversees all aspects of the operation and personally inspects every product before it is packaged and shipped to the jobsites.
 Wendy Just
Wendy assists homeowners,builders and architects in the residential and commercial construction industry with design concepts. Coordinating stone veneer colors and styles, precast shapes and sizes, to ensure client satisfaction.
 James Hamilla
Jim is the General Manager of Concrete Designs by Salamone, LLC. Jim performs the estimating and takeoffs of projects as well as produces all shop drawings and layouts. Jim also handles all office procedures.
 Robin Hammer
Robin is the Production Manager of our company. Robin has specialized in the concrete industry acquiring certifications and valuable knowledge which is attributed in our products. He manages all of the production and quality control in both precast and stone veneer.
 Dan Welch
Dan is the Form Shop Specialist. Dan has specialized in carpentry and custom woodwork which produces exceptional molds for our precast products. He works with closely with Jim and Robin which aids in the production of both complex and simple projects.
 CharleS MILLS
Batch Technician
Charles works with Robin in ensuring all of the mix designs meet standards.
He also finishes all of the products to customer specifications.
 Gianni and Ryan
Speacializing in computer design drawing, Ryan Salamone and Gianni Russo provide architects with computer generated drawings and layouts. All drawings and layouts are produced using state of the art software by solidworks. Ryan and Gianni can convert any concept into a dimensional drawing,to scale and ready to build.
